As long as you are 70 at the end of maturity and put down the 35 % of the value of the property, you can have the mortgage you need. ( subject to approval )

You can have your mortgage over 5, 10, 15, and 20 years and the minimum amount you can mortgage is 30.000Euros but there’s no maximum amount. İf you wish you could go for a GBP , Dollar or TL mortgage.

All mortgages are fixed throughout the mortgage term.
